🔄 How to Return or Exchange

At RapidFashions.in, we want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn’t right, we’ve made the return and exchange process easy and transparent.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following are final sale items and non-returnable:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Your request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags and invoice.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (Order Number or Invoice).

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at sahilmmm01@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll respond with return instructions and our return address within 1–2 business days.

  3. Ship the product back using a trackable courier service at your expense.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process:

    • A refund to your original payment method, or

    • An exchange, if requested.

⏱️ Refunds/Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.
